We1wun Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

By accessing, registering for, or using any services offered by we1wun, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies published on our platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform. Continued use following any published amendments to the terms constitutes full acceptance of those amended terms.

We1wun reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice, except for material changes which will be communicated to users at least 7 days before taking effect.

To register and use we1wun services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. we1wun does not permit the use of the platform by underage individuals under any circumstances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Location: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is lawful in your location.
• Non-Employees: Employees, immediate family members of employees, or agents working with we1wun are not permitted to be active members of the platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on we1wun at any time. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. we1wun conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify user identities. Documents that may be required include:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs within your account is considered your own action, unless you have immediately reported an account compromise to our support team.

We1wun supports a range of payment methods suited for Malaysia users, including DuitNow, FPX, online bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and MAE. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum Deposit Limit: RM 20 per deposit transaction.
• Processing: Deposits are credited to your account within seconds upon successful payment confirmation.

Any deposit that is suspicious or whose source cannot be verified may be placed on hold by we1wun pending the completion of an investigation. In proven cases of fraud, the deposit may be reversed and the associated account terminated.

Withdrawals from your we1wun account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–4 hours on business days. Withdrawals submitted on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
• KYC Verification: The first withdrawal requires completion of the full KYC process. Withdrawals of RM 10,000 and above require additional review.
• Withdrawal Method: Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or digital wallet held in the same name as the we1wun account owner.

We1wun reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals that require further investigation for security or compliance reasons. In such cases, our team will contact you within 24 hours.

All bonuses and promotions offered by we1wun are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page. General terms applicable to all promotions are as follows:

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account, per phone number, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fully met before any portion of the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash.

• We1wun reserves the right to void any related bonuses and wins if bonus abuse or promotion exploitation is found to have occurred.

• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

When an account is terminated at the user's own request, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses that do not meet the requirements) will be returned to the original registered payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence
• Losses related to currency exchange or fees charged by your bank or digital wallet

We1wun's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
